Our flexible cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before rental
• 50% charge for cancellations within 2 hours
• No-show results in full charge
• Weather cancellations are fully refundable

What safety equipment is included?

Every rental includes:

• High-quality bicycle helmet (required for all riders)
• U-lock or cable lock for securing bikes
• Basic tool kit for minor adjustments

• Child seats and trailers

Yes, helmets are required for all riders regardless of age or experience level.

We provide high-quality helmets in various sizes at no additional cost. Our helmets are:

• Properly sanitized between uses
• Certified by safety standards
• Available in multiple sizes (XS-XXL)
• Comfortable and lightweight

You're welcome to bring your own helmet if you prefer.

Basic liability coverage is included with every rental:

• Covers damage to third parties
• Basic theft protection
• Accident coverage

• Damage waiver: $5/day (reduces your responsibility)

Our simple 4-step rental process:

1. Choose & Book

Select your bike(s) and rental duration online or by phone

2. Check-In

Arrive at our location (902 Highway 82 E, Greenville, MS) and check in 15 minutes early

3. Safety & Orientation

Complete rental agreement, receive safety briefing, and bike fitting

4. Ride & Return

Enjoy your ride! Return bikes at agreed time for checkout

What you'll need:

• Valid government-issued ID
• Valid credit card (for deposit and payment)
• Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes

Required documents for all renters:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID)
• Valid credit card for security deposit ($50-200 depending on bike value)

Additional requirements for:

• Minors (under 18): Parent/guardian must be present and sign waiver
• Electric bikes: Valid driver's license required (demonstrates traffic knowledge)
• Groups: Group leader can handle paperwork for organized groups

Note: Temporary/tourist licenses are accepted. We do not accept temporary paper IDs.

Rental Rules:

• No smoking while riding
• No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Bikes must be returned clean and in good condition
• Report any damage immediately
• Return on time to avoid late fees

Age Restrictions:

• Mountain bikes: 16+ years old
• Electric bikes: 18+ years old
• Road bikes: 16+ years old
• City/standard bikes: No age limit (with parent consent if minor)

Late Return Policy: $10/hour after return time

Weather Policy:

• Light rain: Rides continue at your discretion
• Heavy rain/thunderstorms: Rentals suspended for safety
• Extreme heat: We recommend early morning or evening rides
• High winds: Mountain bike rentals may be restricted

Your options during bad weather:

• Reschedule to another time at no charge
• Convert to indoor bike fitting/safety training
• Full refund if you prefer not to ride
• Weather monitoring throughout your rental period
